where is the "master" copy of the linker script for win32 PE?

- Subject: where is the "master" copy of the linker script for win32 PE?
If I want to modify the linker script in a way that would be sutable for
addition to official binutils (its for my win32 Thread Local Storage
support that I am working on), how would I go about doing it?
