Subject: binutils 2.13.2pre1 available

A snapshot is available at:
 ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/binutils/snapshots/binutils-2.13.2pre1.tar.bz2

Give it a spin, and we should get 2.13.2 over the holidays; normally I'd
allow more time but I'm pretty confident in this release and its past
testing.
