BFD does not support 16 bit MS-DOS executables.  The closest it comes
it that it knows about DJGPP's stub to 32-bit COFF files to make a
"djgpp executable".  But that's probably not what you want.

Nope. How difficult would it be to add support? The format afaik is not very complex.
