TMS320C6000 port info

oops... forgot to include an URL for the SourceForge project:

http://sf.net/projects/c6x-tools/

For the curious, the code in CVS recognizes a target of 'c6x' (canonicalized to tic6x-unknown-coff) and will build an objdump which disassembles most 'C62xx opcodes beginning with letters A-M. The traditional-style relocations are recognized, but I don't have any test files to link which only contain recognized relocation entries. (I haven't even touched the assembler yet.)

Please don't get the wrong idea about the fact that the code is on SourceForge right now. SourceForge is a convenient sandbox for the code, and I should be able to provide some cleaned-up diffs without all the intermediate junk from my learning experiences with i18n, configure and automake. (Along those lines-- yes, I know the ChangeLog format isn't correct. I'll regenerate that when I do diffs from the main binutils distribution to submit patches.)

Comments are welcome.
