Doh. That was a compressed binary, so timestamps messed up with
compression rates and actual compressed contents.
As soon as I compared vmlinux, I found the section contents were
identical in the kernels built with a Red Hat-internal
known-to-be-stable SH-[GNU/]Linux tool-chain and with the one patched
for sh64-elf support.
Now, on to compare glibc :-)
