Re: mips_elf_calculate_relocation() returns false.

  I have applied the patch on the grounds that

    a. It was obvious.

    b. I looked at the changes Don suggested and made a slight
       modification (changing one of the return values), so it
       was a joint effort.

  Wimp!  Context diffs are the one true way!

Unfortunately "permission" is not enough.  We (the FSF) really need
legal authorisation if you are going to contribute more than just
simple, obvious patches. :-(  Try getting them to fill out the form
