I believe binutils and oracle are ok. It seems that your setup is
broken. Your linker somehow doesn't load /lib/ld-linux.so.2. I don't
use Deian. I don't know for sure. Please provide the output of
# gcc -Wl,-verbose ...
or
# ld -verbose ....
