[binutils-gdb] Remove --with-zlib from ld

    Remove --with-zlib from ld
    
    This patch removes --with-zlib from ld.
    
    ld/
    
    	* configure.ac (AM_ZLIB): Removed.
    	* Makefile.in: Regenerated.
    	* config.in: Likewise.
    	* configure: Likewise.
    
    ld/testsuite/
    
    	* ld-bootstrap/bootstrap.exp (extralibs): Add -lz.
