	* bfd-in2.h: Regenerate.

	* ldemul.c (ldemul_finish): Call ld_emulation->finish unconditionally.
	(finish_default): New function.
	* ldemul.h (finish_default): Declare.

	before_allocation_default rather than strip_excluded_output_sections.
