Thanks for the report.
Unfortunately this bug is reported only by OpenBSD users because OpenBSD has modified Autoconf so it does not use GNU M4. If you reinstall the original GNU M4, GNU Autoconf, and GNU Automake by hand you will see the error disappear.
Another possibility is to change clanlib so it uses m4_include instead of include.
