Subject: [PATCH] Fix compatibility of dynamic arrays with iFort using PTR to them.

gdb/
	* eval.c (evaluate_subexp_standard) <OP_F77_UNDETERMINED_ARGLIST>: Call
	do_cleanups after <code == TYPE_CODE_PTR>.
	(evaluate_subexp_standard) <UNOP_IND>: Call object_address_set with
	make_cleanup and do_cleanups.

gdb/testsuite/
	* gdb.arch/x86_64-vla-pointer.exp, gdb.arch/x86_64-vla-pointer.c,
	gdb.arch/x86_64-vla-pointer-foo.S: New.
