Begin historical text:
Inti is a set of integrated foundation libraries for developing C++
applications on UNIX-like systems such as Linux. It contains a GUI toolkit
(based on GTK+), but that's only one of the
Inti modules; the plan is to include lots of other useful stuff as well. The
Inti libraries are designed to work nicely with the GNU toolchain, and take
advantage of the standard C++ features provided by the GNU compiler.
Inti is also a Quechuan deity.
