Add a kill command to fhpd

This has been done.  You can now use the kill command like so:

(fhpd) kill PID    --- kills a specific OID

(fhpd) kill       --- kills all currently running taks in the target set

(fhpd) [1.0]      --- kills the specified target set using HPD notation
